No Rest For the Wicked

More weights and cardio today, sticking to the ‘no more rest days’ plan of Operation Shred. Today’s gym session looked like this:

warm up

5 x 5 Deadlifts (heavy), managed a PB of 115 kg which I was pleased with.
5 x 5 Shoulder press, heavy
3 x 12 Arnold Press, medium
3 x 12 Shrugs, medium
3 x 12 front raises, medium
1 x 40 lateral raises, light

then 25 minutes HIIT on the cross trainer.

Hopefully my legs won’t be too sore in the morning and I can go for a run (or hit the gym for some more cardio if the weather is still crap). No rest for the wicked.
