So this last week or so I’ve been taking the ‘easy’ option of mostly weight training and limiting my cardio to the elliptical trainer. I haven’t really been slacking off but I haven’t really been ramping up the intensity either. Also yesterday I ate an almost offensive amount of cakes.
New week and a new start. Gym this morning for weight training then a 5k run this evening. Tomorrow I’ll do weights and cardio at the gym, long run on Wednesday (trying for 5 miles), gym and cardio Thurs, run Friday, circuit training Saturday. I hope I can stick to the plan.
