Return of the Blog

Wow, I’ve been neglecting my blog for a few weeks, sorry peeps, I’ve had a multitude of things going on. I’ve still for the most part managed to keep training though. On average of 5-6 days a week, mixing weights and cardio.

Hit the gym again today for circuit training with Mudder Brudder Si. Had a really intense 50 minute session, feeling great afterwards. Nothing like a bit of pushing your physical boundaries to clear the head!

Might do a 5k in morning, I need to get my running mileage up significantly.

In other news I got my first tattoo last week, I love it, can’t wait until next sitting for the finishing touches. Also, slightly more significantly, only 9 days until my lovely missus is due with our second baby boy! Can’t wait to welcome him to the fold. What a year 2013 is going to be!
