Goals for 2014

In 2014 I will:

– cope with my depression and anxiety much better than in 2013
– spend more quality time with my family
– spend less time worrying
– complete Tough Mudder Yorkshire (again)
– bench 90kg
– Deadlift 120 kg
– Squat 120 kg
– run a sub 50 min 10k
– deplete my body fat % to single figures
– read more
– get the band back together and play a gig
– finish writing my book
– take steps to change my career
– grow a badass beard
